How a Pneumatic Box Erector Works

SIAT's advanced Pneumatic-Powered Erecting machine uses a unique pneumatic case-feed and box-erecting mechanisms that can even handle warped warped or band-marked Boxes, reducing production down time and manual clearing of the machine.

The operator picks the flat carton, squares and positions it, the F105 carton erector closes the bottom flaps and holds the carton firmly for filling, the carton can then ejected and automatically fed into a fixed format case taping machine for sealing.
