Semi Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine with Automatic Discharge

These shrink wrappers are a core product of the range and can be used in a wide range of industrial applications to provide high output and quality wrapping. This model has a very high output speed of up to 900 packs per hour, and can utilise both PVC and polyolefin shrink film. The Automatic Cycle Function enables the operator to set the output speed and sealing arm open rate to enable the machine to run automatically. 

Heat Shrink Packing Capability

These machines require an operator to manually insert the product into the wrap on the side filling table before moving under the hood for sealing. The sealing and shrinking cycle is activated by pushing the green button which closes the lid and seals the package. The S560N model has a powered conveyor in the sealing chamber which automatically lifts the hood and outfeeds the package - speeding up the process and improving productivity.
