The SIAT ProWrap is a premium, semi-automatic turntable pallet wrapper designed for high-volume, intensive industrial environments where precision and efficiency are paramount. As an Industry 4.0-ready solution, it bridges the gap between semi-automatic flexibility and fully automatic performance, offering a high throughput of up to 30 pallets per hour.

At the heart of the ProWrap is its sophisticated control system, featuring a 7-inch color touchscreen that manages 12 customizable programs. Its most significant advantage is Multilevel Control, which allows operators to define different tension levels across 11 distinct "load zones" (6 upshift and 5 downshift). This ensures that heavy bases are secured tightly while fragile tops are protected from crushing. When equipped with the Double Motor (DM) carriage, the machine achieves an industry-leading pre-stretch of up to 400%, maximizing material yield and significantly lowering the total cost of ownership
