The Astrolift Spring-Loaded Rotating Pallet Table is a purpose-engineered, ergonomic work-positioning system designed for high-frequency pallet loading and unloading in warehouse, manufacturing, food processing, logistics, and distribution environments.
A calibrated compression spring assembly automatically adjusts the platform height in direct response to load weight rising as product is removed, lowering as product is added, maintaining the working face of the pallet at a consistent, ergonomic height throughout the entire load and unload cycle, without any operator input, power supply, or control system.
The 1,120 mm diameter turntable platform rotates a full 360°, allowing a single operator to remain in a fixed position and bring every face of the pallet within comfortable reach. Combined with the automatic height compensation, this eliminates both the vertical bending and the lateral walking that drive musculoskeletal injury rates in manual palletising operations.
- The complete unit is hot-dip galvanised, providing a metallurgically bonded zinc coating engineered to withstand wet, damp, washdown, and corrosive environments, including cold stores, food processing facilities, outdoor staging areas, and chemical handling zones where painted or epoxy-coated equipment degrades rapidly.
- The integrated forklift pocket base frame allows tool-free repositioning anywhere on a flat floor surface: no ground fixings, no anchoring, and no civil works required. For facilities requiring frequent repositioning without forklift assistance, an optional castor kit is available, with lockable wheels that secure the unit in position during operation.
- Safety is embedded throughout the design: factory-applied hazard stripe markings and "Keep Hands & Feet Clear" warning decals address pinch point awareness at the scissor arm mechanism, while dedicated Locking Pins with on-unit Storage Holders mechanically secure the frame in the raised position during spring changes and maintenance. An optional Rotation Lock prevents turntable movement during forklift placement, eliminating load shift risk at the critical moment of pallet transfer.
