Heavy Duty Pallet Truck

The Heavy Duty Pallet Truck is a robust manual pallet jack designed for demanding everyday pallet handling across warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and other industrial environments.

Available in 2,500kg and 3,000kg capacities, this pallet truck provides the strength required for moving heavier palletised loads. Its manual hydraulic pump raises the forks, while the release trigger provides controlled lowering for greater handling precision.

The powder-coated steel construction is designed for regular use, while polyurethane wheels and rollers provide durable, quiet and non-marking movement. Zinc-plated hydraulic components, chrome bearing bushes and greased pivot points support smooth operation and long service life.

With multiple fork span and length configurations available, you can select a pallet truck suited to the pallets and handling requirements in your workplace.

This pallet truck can access most standard pallets. However, blue CHEP pallets have specific access requirements and can only be accessed from the two sides with larger gaps.

Pallet Access

This manual pallet truck can access most standard pallets.

However, blue CHEP pallets have specific access requirements. The forks can only enter these pallets from the two sides with larger gaps.
