Electric Pallet Trucks - EDGE

The EDGE Electric Pallet Truck is a fully electric pallet jack designed to lift and move palletised loads with minimal manual effort. With electric drive and electric raise/lower functions, it provides controlled and efficient handling for everyday warehouse and material handling applications.

With a 1,500kg load capacity, compact design and travel speeds of 4.6–4.8 km/h, the EDGE is suited to moving loads through warehouse aisles and other dry indoor environments. The integrated turtle-speed function allows operators to slow the truck for more precise manoeuvring in tight or confined spaces.

The ergonomic tiller features lift controls on both sides for convenient operation by left- or right-handed users, together with an emergency stop and horn. Durable polyurethane wheels and rollers provide quiet, non-marking movement, while the high-contrast display shows battery charge and provides a low-battery warning.

The EDGE is available with either a 540mm or 685mm overall width, allowing you to select the configuration that best suits your pallet access and operating space.

Please note: The EDGE provides two-way pallet access. It can access most standard pallets, but blue CHEP pallets can only be accessed from the two sides with larger gaps. This model is designed for dry areas and is not suitable for wet environments.

Choose Your EDGE Model

Both EDGE models have a 1,500kg capacity, 1,150mm fork length, 80–195mm lift height and 1,330mm turning radius. The main difference is the overall width and fork span.
