Highlift Electric-lift Pallet Trucks

The Highlift Electric-lift Pallet Truck is a semi-electric high-lift pallet truck designed to lift pallets on the spot to a height of up to 800mm, creating a raised working platform.

Unlike a fully manual high-lift pallet truck, this model is manually propelled with electric raise and lower. A built-in rechargeable 12V 65Ah battery with charger powers the lifting function.

The pallet truck features a quick-lift function that doubles the lift speed for loads weighing 250kg or less. A pressure relief overload valve helps prevent damage to the pallet truck if it is loaded above its maximum capacity.

With a powder-coated finish and ergonomic tiller with a comfortable grip, this Highlift Electric-lift Pallet Truck provides a straightforward solution for lifting pallets to a raised working height.

These pallet trucks cannot pick up pallets with bottom boards that would run underneath the forks or CHEP pallets.

Electric High Lift Operation

The Highlift Electric-lift Pallet Truck combines manual propulsion with electric lifting.

The electric raise and lower function is powered by the built-in rechargeable 12V 65Ah battery and charger.

The quick-lift function doubles the lifting speed when handling loads weighing 250kg or less.

High Lift Design

The high-lift design allows pallets to be raised on the spot to a working height of up to 800mm.

The lift height ranges from 85mm to 800mm, with a maximum capacity of 1,000kg.

Choosing the Right Fork Span

Both models have the same:

• 1,000kg capacity
• 1,170mm fork length
• 160mm fork width
• 85–800mm lift height

The difference is the fork span:

• QTH-NBL-003: 540mm
• QTH-NBL-004: 680mm

Select the fork span that matches the pallet configuration you need to handle.

Pallet Access

The Highlift Electric-lift Pallet Truck cannot pick up pallets with bottom boards that would run underneath the forks.

It also cannot pick up CHEP pallets.
