The Highlift Pallet Truck (Stainless Steel) is a manual high-lift pallet truck designed to raise pallets on the spot to a working height of up to 800mm, creating a raised working platform.
The stainless-steel construction makes this pallet truck suitable for use in wet areas and is specified as hygiene area safe.
The pallet truck is manually propelled and operated using a hand pump for raising and lowering the forks. Its three-position handle provides lifting, neutral and descending functions.
The quick-lift function doubles the lift speed for loads weighing 250kg or less. A pressure relief overload valve helps prevent damage to the pallet truck if it is loaded above its maximum capacity.
These high-lift pallet trucks cannot pick up pallets with bottom boards that would run underneath the forks or CHEP pallets.
Handle with 3 different positions:
- Position 1: Lifting
Raises the forks. Requires 77 pumps to reach full height.
- Position 2: Neutral
Neutral position for the forks.
- Position 3: Descending
Lowers the forks.

The lift height ranges from 85mm to 800mm, with a maximum capacity of 1,500kg.
The quick-lift function doubles the lifting speed for loads weighing 250kg or less.

- 85–800mm lift height
The difference is the fork span:
- QTH-NBL-005: 540mm
- QTH-NBL-006: 680mm
Choose the fork span that matches the pallet configuration you need to handle.
