Extend your forklift's reach when standard forks aren't long enough.

Astrolift Forklift Fork Extensions are a practical attachment for handling long, oversized or hard-to-reach loads without replacing your existing forklift forks. They slide over the forklift tines and are secured with toggle locking pins and a retaining bracket to help prevent the extensions from sliding off during use.

Fork extensions are particularly useful when you need additional fork reach to load or unload trucks from one side, handle longer loads, or pick up two pallets at a time. They provide a simple, cost-effective solution for occasional applications where longer forklift forks are required.

Built for demanding material handling
Manufactured from high-quality tensile-grade welded steel, these fork extensions are zinc-plated for corrosion protection and supplied with a rating plate and locking system.

Our fork extension sleeves are quick and easy to fit attachment for your forklift.

Designed in accordance with AS2359-15, which requires fork tines to be a minimum of 60% of the length of the fork extension.

Before ordering, check:

1/ Forklift capacity – ensure the attachment is suitable for your application and load.
2/  Fork extension length – select the appropriate length for the load and handling task.
3/ Existing fork tine length – the forklift fork must meet the minimum length requirement.
4/ Fork tine width and height – confirm your existing forks fit within the maximum dimensions specified for the selected model.
5/ Load and load centre – consider how the additional fork length affects the forklift's rated capacity and load centre.
