Quicklift Pallet Truck
When you need to move pallets and get the forks to working height quickly, the QUICKLIFT pallet truck is designed to reduce the number of pump strokes needed to reach full height.
Its advanced quick-lift pump reaches maximum height in just five pumps, compared with standard pallet trucks that require more pumping. The truck is manually propelled and designed for everyday pushing and pulling of pallets.
The QUICKLIFT can access nearly all pallets from every side. Blue CHEP pallets can only be lifted from the two sides with the larger gaps in the pallet.
Available in two fork-span configurations, both models have a 2,000kg capacity, 1,150mm fork length and 85–200mm lift height.
Reach Full Height in Just 5 Pumps
The key difference with the QUICKLIFT is its advanced pump system.
The quick-lift function requires only five pumps to reach maximum height, making it quicker to raise the forks from their lowered position to the full 200mm lift height.
For regular pallet handling, the quick-lift function provides a straightforward way to reach full height with fewer pump strokes.
Pallet Compatibility
The QUICKLIFT can access nearly all pallets from every side.
For blue CHEP pallets, the forks can only lift the pallet from the two sides with the larger gaps.

Manual Pallet Handling
The QUICKLIFT is manually propelled and features a pump-action tiller for raising and lowering the forks.
The pallet truck has a zinc-plated hydraulic pump handle, an ergonomic tiller and a comfortable grip. Its PU wheels and rollers are described as durable, non-marking and quiet.
The controlled lowering function allows fragile or loose items to be lowered with greater control.
Built for Everyday Pallet Handling
The QUICKLIFT is designed for rigorous everyday pushing and pulling of pallets.
Its construction includes:
- Strong warp-resistant steel
- Powder-coated finish
- Pressure relief overload valve
- Chrome bearing bushes and joints
- Greased pivot points
- PU wheels and rollers
- Ergonomic tiller
The pressure relief overload valve helps prevent damage to the pallet truck if it is loaded above its maximum capacity.
